Ichigo drinks vitamin water

ichigo drinks vitamin water marked

Ichigo doesn’t really drink vitamin water but I thought I used the tools and objects that I have near me to create this photo.

For background information, Ichigo is a character from an anime called Bleach. As a shinagami, his main job involves destroying disturbed souls that have been converted into hollows. These souls can then rest in peace after they have been cleansed.

*disclaimer : Vitamin water and bleach have nothing to do with each other. I just though I put them together for fun.

Asus Zenfone 3 – Pros and Cons

I’ve been using this phone for over 3 months and I decided to write the pros and cons for it:

Pros :

  1. It has a 4100 MAH battery (will last  you for 2-3 days with medium usage, and over 1 week with light usage)
  2. Has good photo sharing features
  3. Access to the Asus Zenfone community
  4. Has a built in power saving app that lets you save power  and block potential power draining apps with a click of a button
  5. Let’s you keep track of how many hours you have left on your battery life
  6. Very easy to use
  7. Easy fingerprint unlocking/locking mechanism
  8. Not too expensive compared to other phones (iPhone, samsungs)
  9. Access to adjustable themes

Cons:

  • It’s a phone so don’t expect high quality DSLR photos.
  • The microsd card when inserted into your phone can be used as internal storage but it must be formatted to only read files from your phone.
  • Playing games too long can overheat and cause your microsd card to malfunction.

That’s all I have for now. I will post updates when I find more information to share

Monday : Happy New Year and my plan for the next 2 months.

Hello WordPress Friends!,

I will try to keep this post as short and straight to the point as possible!

First, I Would like to say Happy New Year!. I am sure everyone had a lot of fun spending time with their loved ones and friends.

Next I would like to post this photo that I took at a pond!

Finally I would like to share my Goals for the next 1-2 months:

  1. Attend Toastmaster once a week and be prepared to make speeches and sharing my hobbies and interests with others. (It’s 2 hours a week, so painful!).
  2. Take Analytical Chemistry (Online Course).
  3. Spend 8 hours a week learning Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017 (It cost 30$ a month 😦 so I need to learn it or I’ll just be wasting money).
  4. Spend 2 Hours a week practicing photography and Cinematography.
  5. Leave my phone in the car for one whole month. Avoid using it so that I can talk to other people near me instead.
  6. Go to the gym 3-5 days a week. Put in 5-10 lbs of muscle by March.
  7. Spend the rest of my free time learning new skills that are fun and profitable (TBA).

I have more but I will stop at #6.

As for #5. I am starting a project to improve my professional communication and people skills. My phone will not be used too often. I will document everything I say and how other people respond to me. Tune in next time!

Photography : A barrel at the sake brewery

It was my friend’s birthday so we went to a sake brewery. At the Brewery/bar they had a few barrels out in place that they used for decorative purposes (Photo below). The brewery or bar location had one bartender and only two tables and a couple chairs. Although the brewery was very small and “basement” like, they served really good sake. Business is blooming!

Macro Photography of Dinosaurs

I bought some little Dinosaurs from the store and I decided to use them to practice my photography skills. I think it’s easier to take pictures of action figures and animals then of people in the streets. People in the streets will often nag at you…

I used the normal kit lens and zoomed in at 20-30mm. It gets too blurry when I get too close though.

What would the world be like if dinosaurs still existed today? Feel free to comment below!

Wednesday Exercise/Food Log

Exercise Log:

Due to the unusual weather and random amount of rain pouring outside, I will not be going to the gym today. I will however, take a 2 hour nap and then catch up on some readings so I can improve my photography/Journalism skills. I plan on leveling up this skill so I can make extra money in the future with my soon to be developed talent:).

Below are the two books that I am currently reading to exercise my brain:

1. Interviewing a guide for journalists and writers by Gail Sedorkin

2. Travel and Street Photography: From Snapshots to Great Shots by John Batdorff

Reading is not enough, I will have to put in some time and effort to put the knowledge I learned into practice in order to develop these skills. Updates coming soon!

My unhealthy food log today:

Breakfast and morning snacks:

  • A granola bar -_-.
  • Hibiscus tea
  • Ants (some ants crawled inside my lunch bag and I ate them for protein! jk).

Lunch:

  • A granola bar
  • Water
  • Half a Protein shake
  • Rice with Chicken
  • More ants

Dinner:

  • Cookies with milk
  • A piece of sugarcane
  • Chicken Nuggets
  • Ice cream bar

Photography and random story:

And now I leave you with pictures of this dragon fruit budding flower that I took a few months ago!

Once upon a time there was a dragon fruit cactus lying in the middle of nowhere. What a lonely cactus this was. But a kangaroo came out of nowhere and found this cactus. He then took it home to his garden and planted it in the dirt. He watered it everyday until it grew several branches and  budded out flowers. What a marvelous sight this was.
